Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within withdrawal period — confirm with legal review of receiving the goods. Returning items

Refunds

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within the period required by law, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them.

Faulty or non-conforming goods
